Slatted bed base

The grate is equipped with 28 flexible slats per sleeping surface, while 6 double slats in the lumbar part of the grate offer the possibility of adjusting the stiffness with sliding strips.

Thanks to the high density of the slats spaced approximately 3.5 cm apart, the body weight is perfectly distributed while lying down. This is also aided by the central stabilising strap, which also reinforces the sleeping surface and increases the load-bearing capacity of the mattress.

The frame is made of solid wood with birch plywood slats. For easier handling and transport, the grate is delivered disassembled and must be assembled. The frame requires bracing along the entire length of the side slats and, in the case of a double frame, along the entire length of the centre section.
